Returns & Exchanges

At Woven Labels, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship; if your custom labels or apparel accessories do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that personalized items are eligible for return only in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in design execution.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate a Request

    Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and provide a brief reason for the request.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Our quality control team will review your request within 24-48 hours and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Place your unused labels or garments in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  • 4.
    Processing and Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days to your original payment method.
